Board of Directors
THE COLLEGE IS GOVERNED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Established in 2008, the Board exercises management and academic oversight of the College’s academic enterprise. The Board is the final arbiter in matters concerning the eligibility of students, approval of new and review of existing courses, and the examination procedures and results. The current members of the Board are outlined below.

Academic Board
the Academic BOARD
The Academic Board is the peak academic body in the ACT and, as a forum for consideration of academic issues, policy development and decision-making, is responsible, under the Constitution of the ACT, to the Board of Directors for the academic governance of ACT. ACT Visitor
The ACT Visitor is a person with authority under the ACT Constitution to determine an appeal on certain decisions of the Board of Directors. Ms Mandy Tibbey is the current Visitor, with the position appointed until the 2026 AGM.
